At Shop Rescue Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury skincare and beauty purchases. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include your printed RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Rescue Spa

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
